One of the goals of the PAC is to help create a friendly school environment that is comfortable for both parents and children. Getting to know the parents of the school enriches the learning environment for both the parent and the child, and helps create invaluable connections with each other.
Parents play a vital role in our students’ social, emotional and academic development at Fairview. Our School Planning Council reviews our School Plan and meets four times a year to discuss budgets, goals, and school programs and services aimed at improving student learning.
Parents at Fairview volunteer regularly to support our students including weekly “Souper Wednesdays” and on numerous field trips and activities at the school. Please contact the principal, PAC chair, or your child’s teacher to find out more about volunteering.
PAC Meetings
If you enjoy working together with other enthusiastic parents, please consider becoming involved in our Parent Advisory Council. Our PAC meetings are usually the second Monday of the month. We meet in the school library starting at 6:30 pm. Please see the PAC Facebook Page for monthly agendas and meeting dates.
